What I think makes me unique from people I meet, as well as my passions, interest and desires. Well, I guess the best place to start off is in my passion and interest in living a healthy life style, in order to have the highest quality of life possible for myself and to share with my future wife. In the process, I stumbled upon Crossfit defined as fitness as a sport. I was drawn to its unique and vast test of physical challenges. In a more complete test of a defined definition of true fitness. I quickly realized how my training for myself and clients was extremely lacking. This intrigued me into diving deeper into study, on subjects of, bio mechanics of the human body, mobility and lack of, flexibility, core strength and mid line stabilization. I have become a disciple of Kelly Starett ( a supple leopard), in search of truth. While studying the rudiment element of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting and mid distance endurance athletes. As well I have adopted the Paleo approach to my eating lifestyle. All this has spurred my interest, in natural healing of the human body. I believe, "All human beings should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves. It is a right and a responsibility. 

So, I am on a personal journey of learning as much as I can on how to heal the body naturally and share that with others. I have been born and blessed as a healer and servant mentality. Therefore I have dedicated my life to searching for the truth in health and fitness, which is all good. If it is true and good, it is of God. In the bible it says my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Well 72 million Americans are obese and 70% of all deaths are caused by chronic disease. Both which can are largely preventable through healthier life style & proper preventative care.

So, my interest/ goals are, calisthenics, bodyweight exercise, gymnastics, chiropractic school, massage therapy, and becoming a yogi. To enrich my life, through educating myself and passing it on to others.
